Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform first-shot samples at the manufacturing plant and approve the hand-off of tooling to the production team during product launches.
• Program robots, build EOAT (End of Arm Tooling), and troubleshoot robotic or process issues.
• Develop, optimize, and document new or improved manufacturing processes to support production.
• Identify, review, and recommend new manufacturing technologies aligned with business objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot complex process, tooling, and equipment issues within production environments.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and process operations as required.
• Update and maintain process monitoring and documentation to support production needs.
• Participate in launch meetings and review tool drawings, part drawings, mold flow analysis, and DFMs.
• Initiate and participate in internal problem-solving and improvement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a minimum of two (2) years of related manufacturing/process engineering experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments, preferably within plastics or injection molding.
• Experience with robot programming and EOAT design or troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of process development and optimization within production environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex tooling, machinery, and process issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with all levels of an organization.
• Proficient with computer systems and operating within network environments.
• Ability to apply engineering principles and modern manufacturing technologies.
• Basic mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to travel to other manufacturing facilities if required.
• Ability to support occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.
