BIM technician

Position Overview Provides technical support for BIM modeling, documentation, and data management. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with BIM model development and updates

• Maintain model files and documentation

• Support drawing updates and revisions

• Perform model quality checks

• Provide technical support for BIM tools Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in drafting or engineering technology

• 2+ years BIM or CAD experience

• Experience with Revit or AutoCAD

• Understanding of construction documentation
