Join our team at NJ Team Dental Center in Old Bridge, NJ! We are a private dental practice consisting of 3 general dentists, 2 oral surgeon, and 3 dental hygienists who work together as one big dental team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door. If you are looking to be part of a dynamic team that values patient care and teamwork, this is the perfect opportunity for you!  Days Monday 8:30am-5:30pm, Tuesday  8:30am-5:30pm, Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:30am-1:00pm.  Must have dental office experience.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk
• Dentrix Software
• Dental Insurance and medical insurance experience
• Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Assisting with billing and insurance processing
• Entering patient demographics like medical and dental insurance.

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $20.00 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $25.00 per hour
• Benefits: Paid Time Off
