Registered Dental Assistant

Full Time Orthodontic or Registered Dental Assistant - Los Angeles, CA 90067

A premier, high-end orthodontic practice in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled and personable Orthodontic Assistant (OA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team.

We serve a concierge-level, high-end clientele and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care using the latest technology, including iTero scanners, CBCT imaging, and Invisalign treatment .

Schedule, Full Time

• Monday - Friday
• One Saturday per month, coordinated with the team (no Saturdays in June, July, August, or December)

Office Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during orthodontic procedures (mostly removable expanders and Invisalign)
• Maintain patient flow and support schedule (2530 patients/day)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients via phone, text, and in-person
• Prepare and manage digital records and treatment planning
• Support a concierge-level patient experience
• Ensure proper sterilization, organization, and clinical support
• Work collaboratively with a small, high-functioning team

Requirements

• California OA or RDA license Required
• Experience in a dental/orthodontic office preferred but new graduates or motivated trainees will be considered
• Highly organized, professional, articulate, and personable
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiar with and able to use iTero scanner
• Ability to commit long-term; not looking for someone who changes jobs every few years
• Must live within approximately 5-8 miles of Los Angeles, CA 90067 or have a reasonable commute time
