Qualifications-

  • Project Manager/ Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years of experience in residential remodeling/new construction/ carpentry/ trades or other related fields
  • Exceptional residential construction knowledge
  • A strong leader
  • Ability to work as a team with designers and manage construction crews
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service, attitude, and skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Highly organized

Responsibilities-

  • Oversee all aspects of projects from planning to implementation
  • Coordinate and manage construction crews, inhouse and sub-contractors
  • Schedule and manage all trades
  • Ensure quality of work
  • Report project progress to client
  • Awareness of job cost, budget, and profitability
