Registered Nurse (RN) Critical Care Regional Float Pool

Float to ICU and IMC units at least three of the following sites:

• MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center
• MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital
• MedStar Harbor Hospital
• MedStar Montgomery Medical Center
• MedStar Union Memorial Hospital

Enjoy a competitive base rate , hourly shift incentive , and additional pay for Charge and Preceptor shifts.

PRN Requirements:

Four 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule

Two of the 4 shifts are weekend or night shifts per 6-week schedule

1 holiday a year

1 hard-to-fill shift per year

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• 2+ years of RN experience required; 2+ years of Critical Care RN experience strongly preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required (AHA or American Red Cross). ACLS and NIHSS strongly preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have worked as a travel nurse or multiple healthcare organizations.
