Our client, a well-established food production facility, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment. Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shipping and receiving operations and staff
• Plan labor utilization, scheduling, and task assignments
• Maintain accurate raw material and finished goods inventory
• Ensure FIFO compliance across all inventory locations
• Verify receipt documentation, COAs, and temperature compliance
• Coordinate raw material needs with procurement
• Oversee off-site inventory accuracy and rotation
• Ensure shipments are complete, accurate, and damage-free
• Maintain scanner and inventory tracking systems
• Enforce safety standards and lead safety training initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• AA/AS degree or 5+ years of shipping & receiving leadership experience
• Food production or food safety experience (HACCP exposure preferred)
• Experience with inventory systems (SAP, MRP, or similar)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead teams in a high-volume environment

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and traverse production areas
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, noisy, and odorous environments
