Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Location: Bronx, NY
A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Bronx is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead and oversee clinical operations within an assigned unit.
Responsibilities:Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned unit
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures
Mentor and guide nursing team members, providing clinical leadership
Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance
Review resident records and monitor quality of care
Oversee overall unit operations and individual resident cases
Address concerns from residents and families in a professional manner
Serve as liaison between unit staff and senior leadership
Active New York State RN License (required)
Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience preferred
At least 2 years of Charge Nurse experience preferred
Strong computer proficiency
Excellent leadership and communication skills
