Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager
Location: Bronx, NY

A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in the Bronx is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead and oversee clinical operations within an assigned unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned unit

  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures

  • Mentor and guide nursing team members, providing clinical leadership

  • Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance

  • Review resident records and monitor quality of care

  • Oversee overall unit operations and individual resident cases

  • Address concerns from residents and families in a professional manner

  • Serve as liaison between unit staff and senior leadership

Qualifications:
  • Active New York State RN License (required)

  • Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience preferred

  • At least 2 years of Charge Nurse experience preferred

  • Strong computer proficiency

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
