This forensic inpatient psychiatric unit serves as a comprehensive treatment center for individuals requiring specialized psychiatric care within the correctional system. The facility operates multiple specialized units including an Intensive Care Program, Resident Crisis Treatment Program, Residential Rehabilitation Unit, and Special Housing Unit to address diverse patient needs. The campus requires extensive walking both indoors and outdoors with multiple levels and stair navigation throughout the treatment areas.

The role demands excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary treatment teams and the ability to function independently in a demanding environment. Computer proficiency and Microsoft Word expertise are essential for maintaining accurate documentation and completing statutorily required assessments.
