The cancer center provides specialized oncology services with advanced radiation therapy capabilities. The facility is equipped with Varian TrueBeam linear accelerators and Eclipse treatment planning systems to deliver precise radiation treatments. The center focuses on comprehensive cancer care in an outpatient setting.

This Iowa region features notable attractions including the Field of Dreams Movie Site and the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, alongside various historic sites and parks. The area offers diverse recreational activities such as bicycle and kayak rentals, winery experiences, and scenic byway road trips. Visitors can access entertainment options including concerts, fairs, farmer's markets, and festivals throughout the year.

The clinician will provide comprehensive radiation oncology services in an outpatient setting, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no call requirements. Responsibilities include managing 15-20 patients currently under treatment, conducting 4-6 new patient consultations weekly, and performing 8-10 follow-up visits per week. The position requires expertise in IMRT and SBRT techniques using state-of-the-art Varian TrueBeam equipment with Eclipse treatment planning systems. Board certification in radiation oncology is required along with hospital privileges.
