A Community Mental Health Center is seeking a LCSW for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located 60 miles outside of Topeka, Kansas.

The position involves overseeing all clinical programs and providing clinical oversight. There is no caseload involved, as this is strictly a supervisory role. The provider will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership on clinical operations and compliance, program planning, problem-solving, and strategic growth. Additional duties include providing coaching and performance feedback to staff members as needed.
