Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).
This role will require floating to multiple units
Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Additional Details:
You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.
Required Skills/Experience: MS/Tele, Med/Surg, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Telemetry - remote monitoring, Endocrine /Metabolic, Gastrointestinal, Genitourinary/Renal, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Blood Product Administration, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Neurological/Psychiatric, Orthopedics, Total joint replacement, Respiratory, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Medications, Heparin, Insulin, Plastics, Surgical drains, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Wound Care/Wound Vac
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Community Hospital Experience
- Telemetry, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, IV insulin protocols, Bariatric surgery, Bowel obstruction, Colostomy/ileostomy management/care, Feeding tube care and management, Continuous Bladder Irrigation (CBI), Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, Central line blood draw, Starting and maintaining IVs, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Substance Withdrawal, Ortho trauma, Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Oral suctioning, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks
Unit/Facility Details: Could care for COVID patients.
Special Requests:
- RTO: If you have more than 5 days of requested time off, time will be added at the end of the contract to ensure a full 13 weeks.
- Holidays: As needed
- Pairs are okay, but the client cannot guarantee matched schedules.

Details:
AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
