What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing in-home PT treatments as directed by the supervising PT (no "figure it out alone" energy).
• Monitoring progress and adjusting care to keep patients moving forward.
• Teaching patients and caregivers therapeutic exercises that actually translate to daily life.
• Documenting clearly and efficiently in an EMR that won't steal your evenings.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Massachusetts
• 1+ year of clinical experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working independently, but never left unsupported
• EMR experience preferred (ours won't emotionally scar you)
• Home health experience is a plus - but not required
