TransForce is seeking a Non- CDL Truck Driver/Forklift Operator to support local operations based in Clayton, OH. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Non-CDL Truck Driver/Forklift Operator Details

• Schedule: 2nd shift - 345pm start, home daily
• Pay: $840/week
• Route Type: Local - home daily
• Freight / Load Type: Packaging Materials
• Handling: Light Touch - rolling carts on wheels on & off the truck/Some warehouse work

• License: No CDL required
• Experience: 9 months of recent and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

• Safely operate equipment on local routes
• Transport materials in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role
