Daily Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for organizing the kitchen, planning, production, and ensuring the quality of products served.
• Standardize recipes & dishes and create daily specials to delight our customers.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop all Back of House staff. Manage scheduling and control weekly labor costs.
• Maintain compliance with all State, County, and City health codes. Ensure adherence to all ServeSafe criteria for food handling.
• Oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, refrigerators, and storage areas.
