• Compensation: $100,000 to $130,000 per year depending on experience

Your New Role

• Location: Bonsall, California, with travel to job sites across California as required

• Oversee daily job site operations for commercial restaurant construction projects

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain production schedules

• Develop and manage weekly schedules and three week look ahead schedules

• Submit and track RFIs and maintain accurate project documentation

• Communicate daily updates with Project Managers and internal teams in writing

• Monitor quality control, job site safety, and adherence to plans and specifications

• Utilize Procore and other technology tools to manage documentation and reporting

• 8 to 10 years of commercial construction experience preferred

• Candidates with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong training, project history, and the ability to lead job sites independently

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects, ideally high end restaurant construction

• Procore Certified or willing to obtain certification prior to start date

• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, email communication, iPads, and laptops

• Demonstrated ability to create and manage three week look ahead schedules and RFIs

• Ability to travel throughout California based on project demands

• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in deadline driven environments

• Professional written communication skills

• Experience must be in commercial construction; residential only experience does not meet the qualifications
