Job Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Eden Ads, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and reaching out to potential clients who can benefit from our services. Your role as an SDR will be to reach out to and engage potential customers to create new sales opportunities and pipeline (future revenue). To accomplish this, you will work closely with your team of SDRs and build strong partnerships with Account Executives. This position is a great opportunity for those looking to start their career or gain more sales experience in a growing marketing technology services industry.

Here is what a typical day as an SDR looks like:

• Working full-time in the office
• Lead Generation: Leverage HubSpot, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo for prospecting.
• Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and personalized messaging to create interest in our services and schedule meetings for the sales team. Understand and effectively deliver the Eden Ads value proposition, articulating our service capabilities to schedule meetings for your Account Executive partners.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how Eden Ads solutions can address their challenges and goals.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies for lead conversion and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Goal Achievement: Achieving and exceeding daily, weekly & monthly metrics (meetings scheduled, meetings held, opportunities created, etc)

• Experience: 1-2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields with a strong interest in generating revenue

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with using various digital tools and platforms for lead generation and communication.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and learn about new industry developments.

• $45k-55k Salary Range + commission for on-target earnings of $75k-$95k+ (commissions are uncapped)
