Are you a hands on problem solver with real world mechanical or construction related experience? Bathing Brands - a national leader in the distribution, installation, and maintenance of steam and sauna bathing environments - is seeking a Sauna & Steam Customer Support Specialist to support our residential and commercial clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how things are built, enjoys troubleshooting physical systems, and can confidently talk through technical solutions over the phone and email. Please note: This position is a trade focused technical support role, not IT support. The work involves troubleshooting physical systems such as sauna and steam equipment, wiring, plumbing, and installation conditions. Applicants with backgrounds in IT, networking, or software support will not be a fit.
Instead, the work centers on understanding how sauna and steam equipment functions, how it's installed, and how to help customers troubleshoot issues and successfully complete their projects.
We don't expect you to come in as a sauna or steam expert - we provide thorough training . What we do need is someone who is mechanically minded, curious, patient, and eager to learn a specialized, fast growing trade.
What You'll Do
- Provide phone and email support to homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients
- Troubleshoot sauna and steam equipment, installation conditions, and site specific challenges
- Guide customers step by step through practical, real world solutions
- Learn how our products are wired, assembled, plumbed, and installed
- Collaborate with internal technical experts to resolve complex issues
- Help maintain Bathing Brands' strong reputation for service and technical expertise

What You Bring
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude or hands on technical experience
- Ability to learn and understand physical systems (heat, water, wiring, installation environments)
- Solid problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable using computers for documentation and communication (Microsoft Office)
