Customer Service Specialist I (In Office - Maitland, FL) -Must be bilingual in Spanish

Start Date: March 16, 2026 Pay: $20.50/hr ($21.50/hr bilingual Spanish)

What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat
  • Answer questions, provide accurate information, and resolve customer issues
  • Document interactions and follow established procedures
  • Assist customers with online account access and system navigation
  • Meet quality and performance goals in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year call center or office customer service experience
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured call center setting
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and general PC navigation
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Bonus: Bilingual English/Spanish, insurance/workers' comp knowledge, experience with cloud-based ACD/CRM or Five9
