Our client, a leading organization in chemical manufacturing, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting process optimization and product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45204
Salary: Based on Qualifications + Bonus

What's the Job?
- Lead and support improvements in manufacturing performance focusing on safety, production, and reliability.
- Develop new products and processes, providing technical support for existing product lines including troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Serve as a senior technical resource, offering expertise to address complex process challenges across business teams.
- Communicate effectively with customers and foster positive relationships with third-party clients.
- Contribute to process documentation, plant testing, and capital project development to enhance operational efficiency.
What's Needed?
- B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment (solids, tanks, pumps, heat exchangers, pumping liquid, etc.)
- Continuous improvement initiatives experience
- Been a part of a smaller organization & team- very hands on
- Knowledge of IQ, OQ, PQ procedures, and familiarity with PLC/DCS control strategies.
