Your New Role
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project and related tools

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change estimates, change orders, ASIs, addenda, and meeting minutes

  • Track and maintain compliance logs and contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle

  • Support payment applications, cash flow projections, and margin analysis

  • Draft subcontracts and manage assigned subcontractors

  • Coordinate with Superintendents to verify project status and compile pay applications

  • Facilitate submittal and constructability reviews

  • Review daily reports and communicate critical issues to project leadership

  • Ensure OSHA compliance, PPE requirements, and safety reporting standards are met

  • Travel to assigned project sites as required

  • Support project reporting, document control, and operational coordination

  • Operate company vehicles and perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs

  • Remain available outside standard business hours when project demands require

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required

  • 2 to 4 years of project management experience in construction required

  • Experience with commercial construction, security construction, or detention equipment preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Adobe, or Bluebeam

  • Experience with Timberline or similar construction accounting software preferred

  • AutoCAD and Revit experience preferred

  • Knowledge of construction documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration

  • OSHA 30 certification required

  • Valid drivers license required

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
