This role involves leading complex civil litigation cases, managing a diverse caseload, and mentoring junior attorneys. Senior Attorney - Civil Litigation Qualifications & Responsibilities: 10+ years of civil litigation experience, including trials, with a strong record of success, defense preferred. 2+ years of leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior attorneys. OH Bar admission in good standing. Lead and manage civil litigation cases in both state and federal courts. Oversee all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents, and prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials. Develop case strategies to achieve favorable client outcomes. Supervise and provide constructive feedback to junior attorneys, ensuring high-quality work product. Maintain clear, strategic communication with clients regarding case progress, objectives, and billing.
