Description

Senior Web Designer, Victoria's Secret Stores Brand Management, LLC, Reynoldsburg, OH & New York, NY. Design elevated and brand-right creative that achieves both marketing and merchant objectives. Source images in support of online creative. Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met. Produce, optimize, and output final Web-ready digital artwork. Partner with merchant team and production team to provide creative solutions to react to shifting business needs. Maintain absolute accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process. Guide and assist Production Artist on offer and editorial in-season creative. Work with Associates and Art Directors to design conceptual HPs for leadership reviews. Create brand forward animations for specific web assets including e-Gift Cards.

Minimum Salary: $125,778.00

Maximum Salary: $130,000.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Requirements Include: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Interactive Design, Fine Arts, or related field of study and 4 years of experience as a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, Animator, Web Designer, or related role. Experience must include 4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, Salesforce (for creative briefing), Smartsheet (for creative tracking), and Keynote (for creative presentation); 4 years of experience with animation and motion graphics, including Media Encoder, After Effects, and Premiere; 4 years of experience and understanding using Frame Animations and Timelines; 4 years of experience editing and creating original sketches for animating; 4 years of experience translating complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences by utilizing UI/UX principles when designing and creating a clear and concise consumer experience when viewing site creative; 4 years of experience providing a keen eye for details specifically when it comes to graphic design principles, including type Hierarchy, layout, and color presentation; 4 years of experience with production for delivery of assets, utilizing Photoshop/XD to resize, slice, and re-format deliverables to hand-off to the overnight team; 4 years of experience with patterning and ideating new creative ideas based on competitor and trend landscapes; 4 years of experience working with responsive and dynamic "Live Text" site platforms; 4 years of experience creating Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) compliant assets so websites are functionally viewable by all; and 4 years of experience with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects.
