Case Manager – Addiction & Family Recovery

Recovery Consultants | Remote + Field-Based (CA: San Francisco + Los Angeles)

Recovery Consultants is a boutique, concierge-style recovery firm supporting individuals and families navigating addiction and mental health challenges. We focus on long-term empowerment, accountability, and family systems — not just abstinence.

We are hiring a proactive, emotionally grounded Case Manager who can manage complex dynamics, hold firm boundaries, and build trust quickly.

This is not entry-level case management. This role requires leadership, pattern recognition, and confident communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee each client’s full care ecosystem

• Create structure, accountability, and measurable action plans

• Identify and address behavioral and family patterns

• Communicate regularly with parents, partners, and providers

• Navigate resistance, denial, and emotionally charged situations

• Escalate level of care when clinically appropriate

• Attend weekly team calls and maintain documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in addiction or behavioral health

• Strong communication and executive functioning skills

• Comfortable delivering difficult feedback respectfully

• Experience working with families preferred

• Bachelor’s required; Master’s preferred

• Residential/PHP/IOP experience strongly preferred

Personal recovery experience welcomed but not required.
