Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active NH State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Two years of experience in outpatient/inpatient Physical Therapy is preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR is preferred

• Working Hours: 0800-1830
• Float between inpatient and outpatient settings may be required
