Special Education Teacher 2025-2026 School Year

Opportunities - Chicago - South Suburbs

Responsible for providing academic, emotional and physical services to students who need support to thrive within the academic program. Classroom and resource positions available.
Able to implement curriculum to meet standards, develop IEPs, support classroom assistants, collaborate with fellow teachers. Program may include students k-12.
Monday-Friday. School hours.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Hold PEL as a LBS1. Prefer 1-2 yrs experience.
Experience working collaboratively in a student-centered environment.
1-2 years experience a plus. May consider a new graduate.
Credentials to be collected prior to and upon hire.

Work Hours:

Follow school hours Monday-Friday; depending on the buildings hours.

Salary and Benefits:

$43/hr for new grad; other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay.
