Work Scope

Plumber will be working on commercial mechanical piping systems in Columbus, OH.

Duties include:

• Installing mechanical and copper piping systems

• Assisting with layout and installation of commercial plumbing systems

• Working from blueprints and mechanical drawings

• Coordinating with HVAC and mechanical trades

• Operating from lifts as required

• Maintaining productivity and strict jobsite safety standards

Commercial Plumber Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience REQUIRED

• Experience with mechanical piping and copper systems

• Medical Gas Certification preferred

• OSHA certification REQUIRED

• Drug test REQUIRED

• Background check REQUIRED

• Lift experience REQUIRED

• Type II hard hat REQUIRED

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Must bring required plumbing hand tools

• Must have ALL required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

• Reliable transportation required

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
