Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality control
• Estimate project costs and timelines

Required Skills:

• Construction Management
• Experience in the Plumbing Trade 
• Able to read blue prints
• Able to work under pressure
• Communication Skills 

Nice to Have Skills:

           OSHA Certification

Salary and Benefits:

• Health Insurance
• Reimbursement for drug testing and background checks

Minimum Salary: $58,646.00

Maximum Salary: $90,045.00
