Your Shift

Hours: 6 am- 2:30 pm
Days: Monday-Friday
Pay: $20/hour, paid every Friday (daily pay available)

Requirement: Workers must provide and wear their own steel-toed shoes.

What You'll Do

At this Stanley Black & Decker facility in Willard, OH, you will be a part of a team that:

Move materials using pallet jacks, tow motors, and/or forklifts
Load and unload trucks and scan parts to maintain accurate inventory
Keep production lines supplied without overstocking and maintain organized stock areas

This is not a forklift-only role - you may operate pallet jacks, tow motors, and forklifts depending on daily needs.

Experience & Requirements:

Steel-toed/safety shoes are required.
Must have a valid lift truck operator license or successful complete lift truck training.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with strong manual dexterity.
Ability to read and follow written instructions, including ISO work procedures.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs.
Strong communication, teamwork, and basic troubleshooting skills.
