Daily Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
• Coordinate services with various stakeholders as needed

Required Skills:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LMFT)
• Experience with completing treatment plans and clinical case notes
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
