About the Role:
The Lead Electrician oversees a small crew while performing skilled electrical work on new and existing facilities. You’ll lead by example — ensuring quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and communicating effectively with the Project Manager and other trades.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and train electricians and apprentices on job sites
• Install and connect wiring, conduit, panels, and lighting systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
• Coordinate material needs and project updates with the Project Manager
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment

What You Bring:

• Licensed Electrician or 2–7 years of commercial/industrial experience
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Ability to read electrical drawings and lead a small crew
• Strong safety awareness and professionalism
• Personal tools per company policy
