• Current EFDA certification (from an accredited FL program)
• 2+ years as an assistant
• Chairside confidence in 4-handed dentistry
• Strong communication skills and a heart for patient education
• Willingness to jump in, help out, and keep the day running smoothly
• A can-do attitude and a love for creating a great experience for every patient

• Be fully prepared for each patient - stocked ops, ready charts, organized flow
• Support doctors through a variety of procedures, anticipating needs like a pro
• Take impressions, X-rays, digital photos and fabricate temporary crowns
• Maintain accurate records, chart notes, and lab tracking
• Help patients feel confident and cared for by educating and supporting them through their treatment
• Monitor supply usage and help manage inventory wisely
• Follow strict OSHA/HIPAA and sterilization protocols
• Lift up to 35 lbs and assist with physical demands of the role as needed
