As a Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry, you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population, including neonates, children, adults, and older adults. Your role will involve executing the Standards of Nursing Practice, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and revise patient care plans, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Provide holistic care to patients and families across the life cycle
• Execute nursing functions independently, collaboratively, and through delegation
• Develop and revise patient care plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Participate in shared decision-making and accountability for nursing practices
• Implement personal leadership skills to enhance practice standards and care environment
• 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required
• 1+ year of travel nursing experience required
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations required
• EPIC experience required
• Able to insert IVs
