Famlife Agency is currently seeking Remote Insurance Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. We specialize in a proven, lead-driven system that eliminates cold calling and "family and friends" prospecting. We are looking for motivated individuals who want to master a high-income sales process while working 100% remotely.

What You Will Do

• Manage Warm Leads: Respond to requests from families who have reached out for mortgage protection and final expense coverage.

• Consult & Protect: Conduct virtual appointments (Zoom/Phone) to identify the best coverage options from 30+ top-rated carriers.

• Control Your Schedule: Operate with full autonomy as a 1099 Independent Contractor.

• Professional Growth: Access world-class mentorship and daily training from the Seifipour Agency hierarchy.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong Work Ethic: The discipline to manage a remote office and follow a proven sales activity model.

• Coachability: A willingness to learn the specific SFG system, regardless of past experience.

• License Requirement: Must have (or be willing to obtain) a State Life & Health Insurance License.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and video conferencing software.

Compensation & Benefits
