Senior Estimator – Greater Little Rock Area

We are looking for a Senior Estimator who enjoys “nerding out” on numbers, details, and cost data to build accurate and reliable estimates for large-scale commercial projects. If you prefer the technical side of estimating over client presentations, this role is for you.

Role Overview

• Prepare detailed cost estimates from architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Analyze subcontractor bids, review scopes, and assemble final pricing packages.
• Support company leadership with cost presentations and bid strategy.
• Collaborate with preconstruction managers, project managers, and executives.
• Maintain estimating databases and historical cost information.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience, ideally with a GC background.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, and costs.
• Proficiency with Excel and exposure to OST, Bluebeam, or similar software.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Strong collaborator with internal teams; client-facing experience not required.
