Join Our Team as a Front Office Customer Care Specialist!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a difference in the lives of pets and their owners? Exmoor Pet Care Services is seeking a Front Office Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients and their furry friends receive the highest level of care and attention.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage customer scheduling and registration
• Understand Dog and Cat Grooming
• Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints
• Assist with sales for services
• Shift will be 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday-Friday

Required Skills:

• Strong clerical support skills
• Experience with scheduling and registration
• Proficiency in calendar management and word processing
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to provide exceptional client services

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in pet office management
• Ability to handle complaint resolution

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
