The CoE - Senior Associate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and innovation within the Center of Excellence (COE). This role focuses on standardizing tools, improving processes, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact solutions across multiple projects and personas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tool & Process Optimization
- Lead initiatives to standardize tools and dashboards and enhance usability of Smartsheet and SharePoint.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure that all process changes are well-documented and communicated across the organization.
- Program Management
- Deliver COE overviews and present various audiences, including leadership and new hires.
- Deliver trainings based on CoE needs.
- Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
- Regularly report on progress and outcomes to of key performance indicators (KPIs), used to measure the success of process improvement initiatives, to the CoE leadership and stakeholders.
- Analyze data and create custom reports for senior management.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Foster partnerships across teams to improve workflows and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and empower team members to adopt best practices and innovative solutions.
- Act as a change champion for methodology, process improvement and innovation.
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and best practices.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive adoption of new tools through the development of training materials and conducting workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for automation in our current internal processes.
- Support creation and rollout of a centralized knowledge base.
- Support standardization and continuous improvement efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with process improvement goals.
- Act as a liaison between the CoE and other departments to facilitate smooth implementation of process changes.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $115,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $95,200 - $135,700. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
