Sodexo is seeking an engaging Food Service Manager 3 to join our dining services team at Carlyle Place in Macon, Georgia . This upscale Life Plan Community is set on a beautifully landscaped 58acre campus just minutes from downtown. Were looking for a hospitalityfocused leader who enjoys interacting with the residents and their families.
The typical schedule is 10:00 a.m.6:00 p.m., with rotating weekend coverage and some holidays. If youre passionate about delivering exceptional service in a warm, communitycentered environment, wed love to have you on our team.
- have oversight of daily food service operations for our skilled, assisted living and memory care residents (dining room service, tray service for approx. 110 residents);
- meet with residents and families to go over diets, participate in Care Plan meetings;
- develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships;
- develop strategic plans;
- create a positive environment; and
- ensure Sodexo Standards are met.

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
