Senior QA Engineer -W2 Contract

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and strong domain expertise in the Healthcare / Health Insurance industry . The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of healthcare workflows, claims processing, enrollment, EDI transactions, and regulatory compliance.

• 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance

• Strong domain knowledge in Healthcare / Health Insurance

• Experience with:

  • Claims Processing (Professional, Institutional, Dental)

  • Member Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Benefits & Billing

  • Provider Data Management

• Good understanding of HIPAA compliance

• Experience with EDI Transactions (834, 835, 837, 270/271, 276/277)

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Manual Testing

  • Functional, Regression, Integration & UAT Testing

  • API Testing (Postman / SOAP UI)

  • SQL for backend validation

• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Knowledge of Automation tools (Selenium / Cypress / Rest Assured) is a plus

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment

• Analyze business requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases

• Validate healthcare workflows including claims adjudication and enrollment processes

• Perform end-to-end system testing and integration testing

• Validate EDI transactions and healthcare data formats

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards

• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners

• Track defects and ensure timely resolution

• Support production validation and post-release testing

• Experience with Medicare / Medicaid programs

• Exposure to CMS guidelines

• Experience with Facets, QNXT, or other healthcare core systems

• Automation experience preferred
