In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures , including anesthesia induction and monitoring, patient preparation and recovery, dental cleanings, and dental radiographs
- Ensure efficient exam room workflow while delivering outstanding, empathetic client communication
- Review treatment plans, provide clear discharge instructions, and confidently address client questions
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff during outpatient visits to ensure the highest standard of patient care
- Work at the top of your license in a supportive, team-focused environment

Schedule:
- Flexible, full-time position
- 5/8 schedule, Monday-Friday
- Weekend rotation with a technician and assistant every 5th weekend (adjusted for holiday rotation)
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $16-20 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $500-$2,000 based on experience and licensure
- CE allowance: Up to $1,000 annually based on licensure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 5+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Mississippi is preferred
- Proficiency in:
- Anesthesia induction and monitoring
- Dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs
- IV catheter placement
- IV/IM injections
- Cystocentesis
- Microscope evaluation
- Exotic animal experience (preferred)
