Join Our Team as an Administrative and Document Associate
This is an in person position part-time and seasonal during the months of January - May and August 15 - October 31st time frames. Hours would start at 9am - 1pm or 2pm. Great position for stay at home moms or dads that want just a little something extra.

We are seeking an Administrative Support Associate to assist our tax and financial advisory operations. This role combines administrative support, document management, and client interaction to help ensure our office runs smoothly and our clients receive the highest level of service. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, handle incoming/outgoing calls.
Document Management: Collect, scan, organize documents, download and organize bank statements, and assist in maintaining secure & confidential files.
Client Support: Provide professional communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.
Office Operations: Sort and distribute mail, manage correspondence, and support events and meetings.
Technology & Software Use: Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel a must, Google Docs/Sheets desired. Knowldege of Canopy and SurePrep also a plus.
General Office Care: Maintain neatness of common areas, conference rooms, and office kitchen; help with light housekeeping and basic cleanup as needed after meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred.
Technical Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Office 365 Suite.
Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets and Docs.
Familiarity with bank statement downloads and basic document workflows.
Industry Knowledge: Some exposure to annual tax forms and financial documents preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks required.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in financial services, bookkeeping, or administrative support roles.
- Experience in an accounting environment with tax forms and returns.
- Experience with Canopy, SurePrep and Ultratax a plus.
Hourly Rate:
- Salary Range: $20-$22 per hour (commensurate with experience)
