Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will coordinate the Conagra Performance System to drive sustainable processes and results across assigned manufacturing locations. You will partner with platform leadership, plant teams, and pillar owners to deploy standard methods, identify losses, implement improvement tools, and build a continuous learning environment that accelerates progress toward a zeroloss culture.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Implement focused continuous improvement processes and metrics to identify, understand, and eliminate losses while increasing throughput and delivering CCR targets.

  • Partner with the Zero Loss Pillar to identify waste and variation, prioritize improvement opportunities, and reduce operating costs.

  • Guide plant Autonomous Maintenance Development (AMD) teams to ensure consistent practices, reapplication of improvements, and calibration of processes.

  • Ensure effective documentation and system ownership with platform teams for all AMD standard practices.

  • Provide coaching and leadership to AMD specialists to support rapid results through AMD step progression and related improvement methods.

  • Strengthen internal resource capability within plants by developing skills, knowledge, and ownership of CI tools.

  • Serve as a key change agent supporting results achievement and progress along the CPS glide path.

  • Lead the Focus Improvement (FI) pillar with strong collaboration across other CI pillars in partnership with platform operations and pillar leaders.

  • Drive operational reliability (OEE) through structured people development and standard work.

  • Deploy best practices for all AMD methods and tools across manufacturing platforms and sites.

  • Implement Autonomous Maintenance standards to reinforce a zeroloss culture.

  • Promote a highperformance culture rooted in employee ownership and engagement.

  • Ensure programs and systems support maximum safety, quality, and productivity.

  • Develop playbooks, onepoint lessons, and standard work documents to support capability building and system effectiveness.

  • Ensure appropriate resourcing, urgency, and followthrough to achieve strong and sustained results.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred.

  • Three or more years of plant or operations experience.

  • Demonstrated track record in improvement and problem solving.

  • Experience leading change using situational leadership approaches.

  • Excellent conceptual and process skills.

  • Experience motivating and engaging teams.

  • Experience in presentation, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
