What You'll Do: Be the Engine Behind Operational Excellence As a Warehouse Manager , youll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations . You wont just manage people youll motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture.

• Salary Range: $76,000 - $86,000 per year
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to maintain a cadence of visibility on all shifts.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams
• Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly
• Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning
• Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team productive and safe
• Tackle other duties like a pro all within your training and expertise

What You Bring:

• Bachelors degree required
• 35 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders
• Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience in warehouse or distribution environments
• Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment

• Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems
