Job Summary
Provide critical information, analysis, and recommendations to support executive leadership team member decision-making. Serve as the voice of the ELT member and provide direct support to the CEO.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and coordinate discrete high-impact projects and the preparation of impactful reports and presentations, including Board materials, using independent judgment and discretion.

  • Manage the ELT members schedule and travel arrangements to ensure organization and efficiency, including proactively identifying and resolving conflicts.

  • Act as a liaison to, and build and maintain effective working relationships with, other executives, investors, and key senior-executive level stakeholders, e.g., senior partners at consultant companies.

  • Oversee budget planning and monitoring of routine work or special projects for the ELT member or function supported to ensure that financial objectives are met.

  • Independently plan and manage budgets identified by the designated ELT member for things such as executive leadership events, department meetings and executive off sites.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity for the ELT member and their function.

  • Independently draft critical communications, including speeches and strategic documents for the ELT member.

  • Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

  • Manage communications and requests on behalf of the ELT member to ensure timely and thorough responses.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff and administrative personnel.

  • Promote and uphold the companys values and culture.

Required Qualifications For Position

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive and solution oriented.

  • Ability to complete a high volume of varied responsibilities in a fast-paced setting with excellent attention to detail.

  • Skilled in all aspects of planning and project management/able to take an idea from concept to completion independently.

  • Excellent relationship builder with the ability to demonstrate a high level of tact, discretion, and diplomacy with all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Must project a professional and positive demeanor and image.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point.

  • Excellent judgment and discretion relating to matters of significance.

  • Knowledge of proper document design and execution, e.g. report formatting, business letters.

Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field

Salary Range*:

$82,200.00 - $123,200.00

*The salary offered to a candidate is based on several factors including but not limited to the candidates skills, job-related knowledge, and relevant experience , as well as internal pay equity .
