APRN Family Medicine

Florida Health Care Plans, a large multi-specialty staff model HMO, is seeking an APRN to provide necessary and appropriate family medicine services, within the scope of their training and experience.

• Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care
• Continuously enhance clinical knowledge
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Complete documentation, billing, and coding as required by healthcare regulations and standards
• Attend staff meetings, training, and continuing education as required
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Epic experience preferred
• Great Customer Service and Communication skills with patients

Qualifications

• APRN license
• Minimum 3 years’ post licensing experience, working independently, in family medicine, urgent care clinics or a combination

• Graduate of an accredited APRN program
• DEA license
