Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Shifts: Days
Pay: Excellent Rate that includes Hourly + Housing & Travel Stipend (for travelers)

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in delivering personalized occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
-Help residents/patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and work activities.
-Support treatment plans for residents/patients with physical, developmental, or emotional disabilities.
-Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to enhance daily function.
-Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
-Valid OTA license or ability to obtain. New Grads Accepted!
-Current BLS/CPR Certification, or ability to obtain
-Current TB test/results
-Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)
-Ability to adapt quickly to different environments and patient needs.
-Positive, patient-centered attitude with strong communication skills.
