Responsibilities
- Organize and advise in prequalification and selection of architects and project professionals
- Review project design drawings for constructability issues and overall progress
- Monitor construction budget and schedule for adherence to plan
- Attend construction meetings and visit job sites regularly
- Provide input on project implementation and suggest improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards
Pay range and compensation package
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), health & wellness programs, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
