Role : Service Delivery Manager

Location: Columbus, OH , Minnetonka, MN & Chicago, IL

MOI : Telephonic & Skype

Primary Skills: Agile, Kanban, PEP

Need Candidates with at least 12 years of Experience. This is a 100% Onsite role.

Job Description:

• This team supports ACH, EDI, mainframe Wire components, and Integrated Payables.
• PEP+ skills are a must for this role
• Mainframe knowledge is a must
• This role has an agile kanban team of several mainframe developers, BSAs, and QA resources.
• The team does both Business Discretionary work and all the Production Support activities.
• Fast-paced environment, need to be able to multitask
• Able to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders/vendors
• Ability to take charge and lead the team .
