General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant

Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base salary + 15% annual bonus potential

SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and high-energy General Manager to lead a successful, casual full-service restaurant concept recognized for outstanding food, elevated beverages, and a refined yet welcoming guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a proven operator who is passionate about hospitality, excels at building strong teams, and takes pride in driving both operational excellence and financial performance.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience
  • Champion and uphold brand standards, culture, and service excellence
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
  • Drive sales growth, profitability, and key performance metrics
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and all local, state, and health department regulations
  • Build strong relationships within the local community and support marketing initiatives
  • Create, manage, and adjust labor schedules to align with business demands and financial goals

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3+ years of current experience as a General Manager (or equivalent) in a full-service restaurant
  • Demonstrated success leading restaurants with $2M+ in annual sales
  • Stable work history with consistent tenure in leadership roles
  • Ability to clearly communicate operational achievements and team-driven results
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
