Network Administrator

Network Administrator to join our Infrastructure Team. This role is responsible for supporting and configuring our network infrastructure, managing both physical and virtual server environments, and automating routine tasks to ensure optimal system performance. Must possess a strong foundation in networking, virtualization, and systems administration, and deliver exceptional customer service while acting as a key point of contact for IT support.

Administer, configure, and maintain virtual and physical server environments, including VMWare infrastructure.

Design, plan, and implement infrastructure solutions across Linux, macOS, and Windows platforms.

Provide daily support for server, storage, and virtualization systems, ensuring system uptime and performance.

Perform proactive maintenance, system repair, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Automate routine system tasks and ensure reliable backup procedures are in place.

Troubleshoot a range of IT issues, including networking and end-user workstation problems.

Lead project implementations as directed by management, acting as a team lead and technical mentor.

Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core network services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure 24/7 operational support of mission-critical systems.

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in systems engineering, infrastructure administration, or a related role.

Proven experience in networking, system security, and virtualization technologies.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.

Experience with server and storage infrastructure (hardware and operating systems).

Familiarity with AWS and other cloud service providers.

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
